Cancellation Policy
1. Before design work begins
Full refund of any deposit paid within 5–7 working days if you cancel before any design or development work has commenced.
2. After design work begins
A partial refund based on the percentage of work completed may be issued. The amount will be communicated within 5 working days of your cancellation request. No refund is available once the completed site has been delivered and approved.
